Get in touch →Dr. Thomas Winderl is a senior consultant with close to 30 years of experience in international development, Monitoring & Evaluation, and Results-Based Planning and Reporting. He holds a Ph.D. in Political Science (University of Vienna), a Master of Business Administration (University of Liverpool), and a Master of European Politics, Cultures and Societies (Free University of Brussels).
Thomas is a former staff member of the United Nations, having worked in Bhutan, Afghanistan and Nepal. Since 2005, he has worked as a consultant, researcher, and educator, carrying out over 100 consultancies in more than 40 countries. His clients include major UN agencies, the European Commission, the European Court of Audits, PricewaterhouseCoopers, the British Council, and the American University of Beirut.
